I’ve been passionate about understanding and transforming conflict for as long as I can remember. I also feel deeply how culture and technology - the stories we spin for ourselves and the tools we create in their service - not only feed conflict but define possible pathways to cooperation.

What an unexpected privilege to have spent two decades working at this interface, learning how political, social and cultural processes can unlock cooperation and undermine logics of war, from the grassroots to the highest levels. To make the impossible possible.

I founded TFM C.I.C in 2010 to bring together culture, tech and conflict experts to address root causes of social division. Since then, we have delivered over 100 projects with support from USAID, AECOM, FCDO, Internews, the British Council, NGO partners and so on.

Going forwards, I plan to focus on bringing the Neem platform for decentralised heritage collection to partners around the world and I seek a (ideally) part-time opportunity with an innovative project that I can get behind. Here’s a traditional C.V.

My formal education includes the taught components of the MSc in Violence, Conflict and Development at the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS) and a degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics (PPE) from the University of Oxford.
